How to look after your MXDZ Xtreme WT
A commercial grinder, such as the Macap M7D, Eureka Helios or BUNN MHG, grinds many kilos a week and needs a daily routine, the dose checked every morning and new burrs according to kg. Here is the schedule and the products we recommend.
Good to know about the Macap MXDZ Xtreme WT
Macap states that the grind should be changed with the motor running if there is coffee between the burrs, and with the motor off if the burr set is empty.
The doses are programmed in steps of 0.05 seconds. Adjust the time when you change beans or grind setting so that the dose stays correct.
Continuous grinding should only last for short periods and never more than one minute at a stretch, so that the motor does not overheat. If the overheating protection trips, let the grinder cool down for at least an hour.

- Empty the bean hopper and wash it by hand

- Run in new burrs and reset the timer
