Care Instructions
For best insulation, we recommend preheating or pre-cooling the cup with some warm or cold water for 1–2 minutes before use. The product should not be used in a microwave, oven, or dishwasher, and it should not be placed near an open flame or in boiling water. Hand washing is the right choice here.
Avoid strong impacts, do not overfill the mug, and do not use it with dry ice or carbonated drinks. Close the lid and cap tightly, carry it upright, and check that it is sealed after closing. If rust stains appear inside, you can fill it with warm water and citric acid in a 10:1 ratio, let it sit for 2–3 hours, clean with a soft sponge, and then rinse thoroughly. The smooth electro-polished interior also helps reduce the risk of odors and discoloration.
