Brewing guide for V60

Start by warming the dripper and serving vessel with warm water to keep the temperature stable during brewing. Then place a conical or wave-shaped paper filter in the dripper. Dose about 15–20 grams of coffee per cup and grind to a medium-coarse Size, roughly like table salt. First pour 30–40 ml of water at about 93°C over the coffee and let it bloom for 30–45 seconds. Then continue with a slow, circular pour until you reach about 300–350 ml total water. The entire brewing should take about 3–4 minutes.
