Cleaning instructions
The most hygienic and effective way to clean HuskeeCups is to run them in the dishwasher to ensure they are washed at a minimum temperature and are properly sanitized. We recommend avoiding placing loose sharp objects with HuskeeCups in the dishwasher as these can damage the surface of the cup.
About If you don't have a dishwasher, you can manually sanitize by following advice from Australian Food Standards, or effectively clean your HuskeeCup by:
- Use a damp microfiber cloth with a small amount of dish soap to remove stubborn marks, such as lipstick stains, from HuskeeCups.
- For tough stains or odors, soak HuskeeCups in a tub of warm water and 1 teaspoon of espresso machine cleaner per cup, for 8 hours/overnight.
