Care instructions

Brewing guide for perfect coffee
For a well-balanced brew, we recommend 25–28 grams of coffee to 390 grams of water at 94–96°C, with a total brew time of about 4 minutes. Preferably use a medium-coarse grind and measure both coffee and water with a scale for more consistent results. It is a small brewer, but that is exactly why it is especially nice when you want to give each cup full attention.
