No. 1 is a lovingly crafted signature blend from Björklunds Kafferosteri – a black tea with organic origin, balanced with floral and fruity notes. Elegant, nuanced, and perfect for both everyday and coffee breaks.

Flavor profile

A round and fruity cup with notes of ripe red berries, tropical fruit, and a floral depth. The sweetness from raisins and pineapple meets the tartness of papaya and the softness of rose petals and mallow – a flavor journey in every sip.

Brewing instructions

• 1 teaspoon per cup
• 96–98 °C water
• 4 minutes brewing time
• For a cup with milk: let steep a little longer

Note! Overbrewing can cause bitterness due to tannins in black tea – keep an eye on the time.
