Care instructions
For backflushing each brew group, use a Tevo Maxi tablet in a blind filter. Run the brew cycle for 10 seconds, stop for 10 seconds, and then repeat 6 more times. Then rinse the group handle under running water.
Replace the blind filter and run 10 rinse cycles of 5 seconds on and 2 seconds off. Then switch to the regular filter and brew an espresso that is discarded to reset the machine before normal use.
For cleaning filters and group handles, dissolve 2 tablets in 500 ml of hot water from the machine's boiler. Let the parts soak for 10 minutes and then rinse thoroughly in warm running water. An honest note: these tablets are designed for traditional espresso machines and are therefore not the right choice for all types of coffee brewers.
