We send parcels all over the world EU and also outside EU, so you can enjoy your new espresso machine no matter where you are. The delivery time within Sweden is 1-3 working days, while deliveries to others EU (including Norway, Switzerland and UK) takes 2-5 working days. For ordered goods, the delivery time can be 1-5 weeks.
Regarding returns, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, provided the item has not been used. About the product has been used, we take into account any reduction in value when refunding. We always strive to make the return process as simple and smooth as possible for you.
Profitec 400 is a small and compact espresso machine with a heat exchanger and built-in pre-infusion function. It has a vibration pump with a classic E61 brew head and is powered by an internal fresh water tank with a capacity of 2.8 liters.

Pro 400 unique features
This espresso machine is not like other espresso machines with heat exchangers on the market. The Pro 400 has a switch on the bottom of the machine where you can choose brewing with or without pre-infusion which is unheard of About before and is a unique feature that just Profitec 400 have. The term Pre-infusion means that you saturate the coffee puck with low brew pressure before the espresso machine goes up to 9 bar real brew pressure. Saturating the puck beforehand has been proven to produce a smoother and better brew and results. On the underside, you can also activate or deactivate the ECO-mode function. Pro 400 and packed with lots of functions in a compact and stylish design. You also have the option to switch between different colors on the steam and hot water knobs.
