Care instructions
For the best temperature retention, we recommend preheating or pre-cooling the cup with a small amount of hot or cold water for 1–2 minutes before use. The product should not be used in a microwave or oven and should not be placed near an open flame. When using a dishwasher, place it in the upper rack to avoid unnecessary stress.
Wash and dry the mug thoroughly after use, and do not leave it wet for extended periods. Store it separately from other metals to reduce the risk of rust. Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool, and chlorine bleach. If rust-like stains appear inside, you can fill it with warm water and about 10% citric acid, let it sit for 2–3 hours, then clean with a soft sponge and rinse well. One thing to keep in mind is that the compact shape is ideal for coffee on the go, but somewhat less suitable if you want an extra Large serving.
