Brewing Guide

Prepare the Equipment:
- Place the brewer on a stable surface.
- Put a paper filter in the brewer and rinse it with hot water to remove any paper taste and warm up the brewer.

Measure and Grind Coffee:
- Measure about 60 grams of coffee beans for 4 cups.
- Grind the coffee to a medium-coarse consistency, about like sea salt.

Prepare the Water:
- Boil water and let it cool to about 92-96 degrees Celsius.

Pour Water Over the Coffee:
- Place the brewer with the filter and ground coffee over a carafe or cup.
- Start by pouring a small amount of water over the coffee to "bloom" it, which releases carbon dioxide and enhances the flavor. Wait for about 30 seconds.

Continue Pouring:
- Continue pouring the water in a circular motion over the coffee, maintaining a steady and slow pace.
- Pour until you have reached the desired amount of coffee, which should take about 3-4 minutes.

Serve and Enjoy:
- Remove the brewer and discard the filter.
- Pour the brewed coffee into cups and enjoy your slow coffee experience.
