Eureka The Prometheus 83 has 85mm large grinding discs with diamond coating for extra durability. It is also extremely fast with 7.5 to 8g/s Grind without overheating. It is also possible to clean the grinder without changing the grind settings. It also has a portafilter recognition system that ensures the grinder does not grind as long as you do not have a portafilter placed underneath.
