Product description

Faustino from Rocket Espresso is an efficient and quiet espresso grinder. Single, double, or manual grinding can easily be selected on the modern touch panel, in addition to two programmable programs and manual dosing. You don’t have to worry about running out of coffee too soon thanks to the bean container’s capacity of 320 grams. Moreover, the robust 210 W motor can grind about 1 gram of coffee per second.

Faustino’s elegant appearance makes it a great complement to any semi-professional espresso machine. Another option is to go against the flow by pairing it with a much larger machine, such as a Rocket Appartamento or an R Cinquantotto. Disassembling Faustino is as simple as removing the bean container and filling the grinder with a dose of Pulygrind. When you are done grinding your coffee, you put the bean container back and also crush out the Pulygrind crystals.
