Eureka Mignon Specialita

Eureka Mignon Specialita is a premium coffee grinder for home use with 55 mm flat steel grinding discs. The coffee grinder is mainly suitable for espresso brewing but can also grind coarser for brew coffee. The grinder has a digital timer for dosing. It is possible to save two different times for single/double Espresso amounts as well as a manual mode for start and stop and has a 300g Bean hopper capacity. The digital timer is set via the touchscreen on the front of the coffee grinder. Mignon Specialita is extremely well insulated and is therefore one of the quietest grinders on the market.

The coffee grinder's outer shell is made of steel and comes in several different color combinations. The total Weight of the Espresso coffee grinder is 5.6 kg. Every detail on the grinder is well thought out, giving an exclusive and premium feel. Eureka has a different mechanism for grind size adjustment compared to other grinders on the market. Eureka has a unique solution where the grind setting is not affected if you open the grinder and remove the upper grinding disc for cleaning. Since the grinder's lower grinding disc moves up and down during adjustment, it will not be affected during cleaning, which is a big advantage of Eureka grinders.
