Flow-Control Portafilter - Perfect for espresso beginners, Flow-Control Portafilter has a limited output port, which means that the portafilter builds up the pressure required for an espresso extraction. No adjustment needed – just simple espresso brewing.

Bottomless 2-in-1 Portafilter - Perfect when espresso makers are ready to further control their extraction. This portafilter requires a high-quality espresso-capable grinder, but means that home baristas can control the variables of each shot and ensure that their espresso meets their exacting standards.

A dosing cup is also included, funnel and preheating hood. NEO Flex is compatible with the pressure gauge kit.

What is needed to brew with NEO Flex?

NEO Flex is designed to be the easiest way to brew cafe quality espresso home. Home baristas using NEO Flex does not require specialized equipment, which is required for others Flair-models.

To efficiently brew with NEO You need Flex:

• Access to a kettle to boil water – a temperature controlled kettle gives more precision, but is not necessary

• Access to freshly ground coffee beans – pre-ground coffee does not produce the best results

• A coffee grinder - blade guard grinders do not give good results - but expensive grinders are not necessary for NEO Flex brewing with Flow-Control portafilter, any grinder will work!

• NOTE: When using the Bottomless 2-in-1 portafilter a high-quality espresso grinder is needed.
