Built-in Modes:

1. Fully Manual Mode: The user resets and starts the timer manually.
2. Espresso Mode with Automatic Reset and Timer: Place the cup on the scale, and the timer and weight reset to zero and the timer starts automatically. Remove the cup after brewing, the weight is displayed for 5 seconds before resetting to zero.
3. Espresso Mode with Automatic Reset and Manual Timer Start: Place the cup on the scale, time and weight reset to zero. Start the timer manually when you start brewing.
4. Espresso Mode with Only Automatic Reset: Place the cup on the scale, the weight shows zero. The timer is not active.
5. Espresso Mode with Automatic Reset and Timer Starting on Contact with Liquid: Place the cup on the scale, the weight shows zero. The timer starts when the liquid hits the cup.
6. Pourover Mode: Place the brewer on the scale, the scale resets. Add a paper filter and ground coffee, adjust the amount of coffee, and start pouring water to start the timer.
