Brewing Instructions
Traditional chai (recommended):
- Simmer 2 teaspoons of tea in 3 dl of water + 3 dl of milk for about 10 minutes
- Strain and sweeten with honey
Quick version:
- Let steep as tea in hot water (about 5–7 min), preferably with milk in the cup
