Macap M2M R Black is a small but solid coffee grinder from Macap in chrome metal. Micrometric adjustment of grind size allows precise grinding. The height-adjustable portafilter support is made of durable metal covered with rubber for effective use and gentle treatment of the portafilter. The power switch bracket for activating grinding also functions as a holder for the portafilter, which means you don't need to hold the portafilter during grinding. The coffee grinder is very easy to use – it grinds as long as the portafilter holds down the power switch. Macap M2M R is easy to clean both externally and internally so that the coffee grinder always looks good and the ground coffee always smells and tastes good. Macap M2M R Black is equipped with an easily accessible power switch for simple on and off.

Macap M2M R Black has a relatively small bean holder, space for 250 g of espresso beans, which means you can grind coffee for about 25 espressos per filled coffee grinder. An advantage of a smaller bean holder is that it takes up less space. The coffee grinder's sleek and classic design combined with the black finish makes Macap M2M R Black fit into any kitchen.

The intake of espresso beans on Macap M2M R is adjusted with a flat plate that can easily be pulled away from or towards the grinder. If you want to remove the bean holder from Macap M2M R but there are still espresso beans inside, you can push the flat plate so that it covers the entire opening and then twist the bean holder upwards. This can advantageously be done if you want to clean the grinder or suspect that a problem has occurred in the grinding mechanism. To clean the grinder, the bean holder should be removed and a dose of Pulygrind poured into the grinding mechanism. Then place the bean holder back in place. Grind out the Pulygrind crystals together with coffee until no crystals come out of the grinder; a couple of portions are usually required.

The flat burrs of 50 mm in circumference grind coffee at 1 g/s. The advantage of flat burrs is mainly their long lifespan and short grinding times. The grind size of the coffee grinder can be continuously adjusted using a knob. If you want to adjust, turn the knob little by little. If the Macap M2M R Black coffee grinder is reasonably well set, usually only a small change is needed. To check when the coffee grinder is correctly set, you can grind coffee for an espresso and then brew it. Experiment until the espresso brews at the right pace and time.
