Brewing time

Hi, I have two questions; I have a problem with getting long enough processing time for the coffee. I have now set the grinder to 7, but the coffee starts to flow already after 6 seconds. and the coffee tastes a bit like water. The second question is that the different pre settings are a bit strange successbecause they all deliver very diluted coffee drinks. I've tried to read me up, but I can't find enough detailed information. Please send me some links. Best regard Tormod Engelsen

Helt fantastisk maskin, och företag!

Vi har haft vår Barista touch nu i snart 3 år, och ville bara kika in här för att skriva att den är helt otrolig - men framförallt hylla gänget på Barista och espresso som har ett grymt koncept.

Vid leverans uppstod det först något mindre problem, men fick hjälp och felfri service direkt av företaget. Kommer alltid köpa av dem i framtiden, när det väl vankas en ny maskin :) Ännu rullar vår kaffemaskin precis som ny! 10/10!
