Rocket Espresso RE A Timer is a big brother to the Rockets Boxer Timer where they have many similarities when it comes to design and construction. Unlike Rocket The Boxer Timer has the capacity to brew medium to high quantities and ensures stable and consistent brewing. With its huge boiler with a heat exchanger, thermosiphon system that constantly circulates hot water from the boiler to the brew head, the espresso machine can ensure stable brewing time and time again. Rocket RE A also has a digitally adjustable brewing temperature thanks to its pressure and temperature sensor for optimal brewing.

Features and performance

Advanced temperature stability: Thanks to the “Thermosiphon” system, Rocket RE A offers very good temperature stability, which is one of the most important parts.

Large cooker: Depending on the group selected, the espresso machine has a boiler capacity from 14.5 L to 28 L.

Control system: Rocket RE A has a built-in timer, programmable buttons and digitally adjustable brewing temperature to produce the best coffee.

No burn steam wand: Usually, the steam wand on an espresso machine gets extremely hot and baristas can burn themselves on it. With Rocket RE A has a steam wand that cannot get hot on the outside, making it a safer espresso machine. There is also a steam wand on each side of the espresso machine with simple knobs to activate the steam.

Perfect finish: All panels and polished to a perfect shine. All components and parts are carefully hand built and assembled in Milan Italy.
