Maintenance
How to look after your Sculptor 064S
A single dose grinder with flat burrs, such as the Eureka Mignon Zero, Timemore Sculptor or Fellow Ode, should be blown out after every grind and kept free of static to keep retention low. Here is the schedule and the products we recommend.
Good to know about the Timemore Sculptor 064S
Blow out the burr set with the air blower after use and use the brush when needed. Do not dismantle the internal parts unnecessarily.
Turn the rotary knocker after grinding to clear remaining fines from the outlet. This keeps retention down between doses.
Timemore recommends closing the lid after filling with beans so that the beans do not bounce up during grinding.

Every day
- Blow out the grinding chamber with the bellows after every grind
- Brush out the spout and the outlet
- Weigh in and out to check retention
- Use RDT when there is static

Every week
- Grind cleaning pellets, for example Cafetto GC2
- Wash the dosing cup and lid by hand
- Wipe the grinder with a dry cloth

Every month
- Open the grinder and brush the burrs
- Brush the grinding chamber and the adjustment thread
- Check the zero point

After 300–500 kg
- Replace the burrs according to the manufacturer's kg figure
- Calibrate the zero point after replacement
- Run in new burrs with cheaper beans
