Maintenance
How to look after your Opus
A single dose grinder with conical burrs, such as the Varia VS3 and VS4 or the Fellow Opus, should be blown out after every grind and correctly zeroed after cleaning. Here is the schedule and the products we recommend.
Good to know about the Fellow Opus
One short press grinds for 30 seconds, two presses for 60 and three presses for 90 seconds. A long press grinds for 2 minutes, and another press stops the grinder.
The outer ring selects the brewing method and the inner ring is used for small steps when dialling in espresso.
The burr set can be taken apart and calibrated without tools, according to Fellow's care guide.
