Maintenance
How to look after your Mignon Zero 65 All Purpose
A single dose grinder with flat burrs, such as the Eureka Mignon Zero, Timemore Sculptor or Fellow Ode, should be blown out after every grind and kept free of static to keep retention low. Here is the schedule and the products we recommend.
Good to know about the Eureka Mignon Zero 65 All Purpose
Press the bellows 4–5 times with the grinder running and the lid closed to blow out any remaining coffee.
Turn the dial clockwise for a finer grind and anticlockwise for a coarser grind, in small steps and with a little ground coffee between adjustments. Eureka warns that the grinder can jam if the dial is turned with the motor stopped.
Wash the bean hopper and brush the grinding chamber at least once a week. Eureka specifies checking and, if necessary, replacing the burrs after 300 kg of coffee.
