Shipping and delivery

We offer free shipping for orders over SEK 5000 throughout Sweden

 

Our processing times for orders via our webshop are normally within 24 hours. Exceptions for orders placed on Fridays, during weekends, and holidays. Products we have in stock are delivered within 2 - 6 business days. Orders placed on Fridays and during weekends are usually shipped the following Monday. 

Countries we ship to: 

We ship goods as packages or letters to Sweden, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, the Netherlands, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Spain, Germany, Austria, and Norway. We aim to expand to more countries in the near future. 

If your country is not on the list, contact us and we will help you. 

We use DB Schenker, DHL, PostNord, and UPS, depending on the shipping destination and shipping costs to us.

 

Estimated delivery time 2 - 6 days within Sweden. Estimated delivery times to Europa and Norway may be longer than shipping within Sweden. During holidays, delivery times may be longer as we ship the following Monday.

Want to know the status of your order? Log in to your account or go to your order status page, which you receive as a link in the order confirmation email sent to you. 

If any delays occur, we will contact the buyer immediately.

 

Products not in stock but available from our suppliers:

At Barista-espresso.se, we sell espresso machines in various conditions (new and refurbished) and in different variants. Sometimes we do not have all variants in stock, but if the variant/product is available from the supplier, we offer customers to order from us as a special order with a delivery time of 1-2 weeks.

When products can be ordered as a special order, it will be clearly visible on the product page.

 

Products that are out of stock:

Products that are not in stock with both us and our suppliers cannot be purchased/ordered via our webshop. If you are interested in a Sold Out product, you have the option to be notified when it is back in stock. (see relevant product page)

 

Order pickup from our warehouse in Järna:

We offer the option to pick up orders made on Barista-espresso.se yourself.
To be able to pick up your order from us, you need to select local pickup in Järna under shipping methods at checkout.

Remember to bring valid ID when picking up your package. The courier shows both IDs. 

Contact us before you plan to visit us. Since we do not have a physical store and only a warehouse, we are not always present. 

Price: Free. Of course, no shipping costs. 

 

Shipping

We offer free shipping for all purchases delivered to a Swedish address over 4,800 SEK.
The shipping fee is based on the total weight of the order.

Deliveries in Sweden:

Your goods will be sent to the agent nearest the specified address. When the package has arrived at the agent, you will receive a notification and can pick up your package with valid ID and package ID or four-digit number. Pickup of orders can be handled personally or by courier. The courier must be able to show both their own and the customer's ID. Delivery time 2-6 days (may take an extra day for postal codes starting with 62 and 82-98)

Note: Most products can be purchased through our website by customers in the EU, Norway, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. Currently, only products from the manufacturer Wiedemnn can be checked out in the USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. For all other products and customers outside the EU, Norway, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom, we must manually process your order and obtain a shipping quote, and to do that we need your full address.
