Care instructions

Always disconnect the grinder from the power supply before cleaning or maintenance, and unplug it when not in use. Do not use an extension cord or power strip. For regular cleaning, we recommend cleaning agents for coffee grinders from specialty retailers and following the instructions of each product.

Wipe the housing and collection tray with a lightly damp cloth as needed. The bean container should also be cleaned with a damp cloth before refilling with new beans, so that coffee oil residues do not affect taste and aroma. To clean the grinding discs, close the sliding lock on the bean container, grind out remaining beans, unplug, remove the container, and loosen the screws on the adjustment ring before removing the upper disc holder. Then clean the discs and threads with a brush; a vacuum cleaner can also be used.

One thing to know is that replacing the grinding discs usually becomes necessary after about 400–500 kg of coffee and should be done by an authorized dealer. This is a Compact grinder, but it is built for serious use and benefits from regular maintenance.
