Here's how:

1. Place your coarsely ground coffee in the filter paper.
2. Pour water over just below the boiling point, up to the top.
3. Let steep for 2-3 minutes.
4. Place Clever Dripper on a serving jug or cup to let the coffee flow out through the bottom of the dripper.

We recommend starting with 20 g coffee to 300 ml water, but experiment until you find the perfect brew for you!
