Common Brewing Tips for All Sizes

• Rinse the filter with hot water to warm up the serving pot and remove paper taste.
• Weigh the coffee and grind it medium to coarse.
• Place your Chemex on a scale, add coffee, level the surface, and zero the scale.
• Pour hot water in a circular motion, starting in the center and working your way out.
• Pour slowly and evenly to ensure uniform saturation of the coffee.
