Motta Pianacaffé Levelling Tool 58 mm from Italian Metallurgica Motta in high-quality stainless steel. The tool helps you achieve an even surface in your portafilter. You pour ground coffee into the portafilter basket and then place the levelling tool on it. Then, rotate the tool 2-4 times without pressing down. This way, you get an even distribution of the ground coffee in the filter holder. Finally, use a tamper to achieve an even pressure, and then it is ready for brewing.
