Motta Pianacaffé Levelling Tool 58 mm from Italian Metallurgica Motta in high-quality stainless steel. The tool helps you achieve an even surface in your portafilter. You pour ground coffee into the portafilter basket and then place the leveling tool on it. Then rotate the tool 2-4 times without pressing down. This way, you get an even distribution of the ground coffee in the filter holder. Finally, use a tamper to apply even pressure, and then it's ready for brewing.
