Error codes and messages: Rocket and Profitec

Here we only list codes and messages that appear in the manufacturers’ manuals. Many models have no error codes at all and show their status with a light. If your code is not listed here: check the manual or contact us.

R58 and R Nine One

The R58 has no error codes in the manual. If the indicator light flashes, the water in the tank is low. On the R Nine One, a flashing green light means a low water level, and the display has a symbol for error messages. If it appears: note the message and contact us.

When should you contact service?

  • The alarm comes back after you have switched the machine off and on.
  • Alarms for sensors, level or communication (Rocket A02, A04, A05, A07).
  • The display is completely black or the RCD trips, see Electrical faults.

Can't find the fault? Contact us with the model, serial number and a short description, ideally with a video. We will help you find the right spare part or a service technician.
