The story behind Järna Rosteri Medium Brew - Organic Filter Coffee 450 g

Järna Rosteri has been roasting organic specialty coffee since 2013 with a strong focus on sustainability and transparency. The blend **Mellan** is their most popular brewed coffee – a reliable and appreciated choice for those who want a clean, balanced, and flavorful cup every day.

The coffee combines two origins that complement each other well: Ethiopia’s bright, fresh notes and Peru’s smooth fullness. Together they create a medium roast that feels both lively and rounded, a coffee suitable for all brewing methods and equally good for the morning cup as during the day’s breaks.

With organically certified raw materials and a gentle roasting profile, you get a coffee that both tastes good and feels good to drink.

Coffee's process

1. Origin & Farm

The blend consists of organically grown Arabica beans from Ethiopia and Peru. The Ethiopian beans contribute clarity and freshness, while the Peruvian beans provide balance and a full body.

2. Process

The coffee consists of beans from several farms and may include both washed and naturally processed lots. The combination gives a clean and stable flavor profile that is easy to enjoy.

3. Brewing

The medium roast is developed for filter brewing and works excellently in Moccamaster, classic brewers, or AeroPress. The medium roast profile delivers a smooth and well-balanced cup with a fresh yet still full character.
