Brew Guide

1. Prepare the Equipment: Place the brewer over the pot. Fold and place a cotton filter in the brewer, rinse with hot water.
2. Measure and Grind Coffee: Use about 60 grams of coffee beans for 4 cups. Grind to a medium-coarse consistency.
3. Prepare the Water: Boil water and let it cool to 92-96°C.
4. Bloom the Coffee: Pour a small amount of water over the coffee and wait 30 seconds.
5. Continue Brewing: Pour the water in circular motions over the coffee for 3-4 minutes.
6. Serve and Enjoy: Pour the finished brewed coffee from the pot and enjoy your slow coffee experience.
