With altitudes between 1,750 and 2,000 meters, and the varieties Bourbon and Caturra, the farm offers ideal conditions for creating complex and smooth coffees.

The coffee is washed and presents a flavor profile filled with brown sugar, orange, plum, raisin, and bergamot-like tea tones, with a subtle hint of mint. Perfect for those seeking a clean and well-balanced coffee with low acidity and delicate fruity notes.

Roasted by Budhas Kafferosteri with their Giesen W15, to an Agtron value of 70.3, to maximize freshness, clarity, and elegance in the cup.

3. Roasting & Brewing

Roasted by Budha in a Giesen W15, to a light-medium roast (Agtron 70.3). The coffee is particularly suited for all types of manual filter brewing, such as V60, Kalita or Pour over.
