Story behind the coffee

Brazil Dona Nenem comes from Fazenda Dona Nenem in Cerrado Mineiro, one of Brazil's most renowned coffee-producing regions.

The coffee is grown by Eduardo Pinheiro Campos on fertile soil and at altitudes between 1,600 and 1,770 meters – which produces denser and more flavorful beans.

This semi-washed processed coffee offers a naturally sweet and balanced cup, with flavor notes of orange, brown sugar, and chocolate. The combination of low acidity and a clean mouthfeel makes this coffee easy to drink yet still characterful.

The roasting is done with precision by Budhas Kafferosteri in a Giesen W15, to an Agtron value of 71.6, which provides a perfect balance between sweetness, body, and freshness.
