Perfect for 2 cups. Contains a cone filter and a carafe.

Your Kinto-Set helps you brew the perfect cup every time. The beautiful heat-resistant transparent glass allows you to watch your coffee slowly being brewed, creating a meditative and enjoyable brewing experience. The dot on the pot indicates the perfect amount of water for a divine cup of coffee.

There are two types of filters that can be used with this kit:

Brewing guide

  1. Preparations:
    • Warm up your carafe and brewer by rinsing them with hot water. This helps maintain the temperature during brewing.
    • Place the stainless steel filter or paper filter in the brewer.
  2. Measure and grind coffee:
    • Measure out about 15 grams of coffee beans per cup.
    • Grind the beans to a medium-coarse consistency, similar to table salt.
  3. Flowering:
    • Place the ground coffee in the filter.
    • Slowly pour approx. 30 ml of hot water (approx. 93°C) over the coffee to wet it evenly.
    • Wait 30-45 seconds to let the coffee "bloom". This step releases carbon dioxide and improves flavor.
  4. Slope:
    • Continue to pour the hot water in a slow, circular motion, keeping the water level even. Avoid pouring directly onto the filter.
    • Continue until you have reached the desired amount of water for two cups (about 300-350 ml total).
  5. Finish brewing:
    • Let all the water run through the coffee. This should take a total of about 3-4 minutes.
    • Remove the brewer and serve your freshly brewed coffee directly from the carafe.
  6. Cleaning:
    • Remove the filter and discard the coffee grounds.
    • Rinse all parts thoroughly with warm water and allow to dry.

Enjoy a perfect cup of pour-over coffee with Kinto Slow Coffee Style Pour-Over-Kit.
