Macap M7DZ WT coffee grinder is suitable for cafés, bakeries, and restaurants that need to produce a high volume of coffee drinks. The difference between Macap's M7D and Macap M7DZ WT is that this grinder has a built-in tamper which streamlines and facilitates a barista's work. The grinder has a sleek and modern appearance with a built-in digital timer for dosing with two different times for single and double shots and is easy to adjust as needed. The M7DZ WT grinder has a stepless grind setting to achieve an exact setting for espresso beans and features a 68 mm conical burr that grinds 4.5 grams per second.

Large bean container: The container holds 1400g of espresso beans, which corresponds to about 120 servings.

Dosing: The grinder has a digital timer for dosing with two different times for single/double espresso and is easy to adjust as needed.

Cleaning: The grinder is easy to clean both inside and out, and the bean container can be easily removed for cleaning.

About Macap's built-in tamper

Macap has integrated a so-called CPS Twist tamper which mimics a barista's natural tamping motion. This gives cafés and serving places the advantage of working more efficiently and always applying the same pressure on the coffee puck. Another advantage of a built-in tamper is that it is more ergonomic for a barista and can reduce workload.

Macap's M7D model series is a coffee grinder recommended for cafés, bakeries, and restaurants that need to produce medium to high quantities of servings. For smaller cafés and restaurants with low to medium capacity, Macap's M4D coffee grinder is suitable. For cafés producing normal amounts, Macap's MXD coffee grinder is recommended.
