Eureka Prometheus 83 has 85mm large grind discs with diamond coating for extra durability. It is also extremely fast with 7.5 to 8g/s grinding without overheating. It is also possible to clean the grinder without changing the grinder settings. It also has a portafilter recognition system which ensures that the grinder does not grind unless you have placed a portafilter underneath. This is a super modern and efficient grinder that we can recommend to anyone who needs an espresso grinder for their café. Note that this grinder is suitable only for espresso.
