Elegant and fruity with clear acidity and summery notes of stone fruit and citrus. A lively and complex taste experience suitable both as espresso and lungo.
Origin & cultivation:
It is said that the origin of coffee is right here – in the Sidamo region of southern Ethiopia. A highland area where coffee grows at 1500–2200 meters altitude, both wild and on small organic farms. The high altitudes give the berries longer ripening time, developing a unique flavor profile with high fruit sweetness and elegant acidity.
Roast & production:
Roasted in small batches by Björklunds Kafferosteri in Västerås. A Swedish family roastery passionate about quality, transparency, and sustainability in every cup.
Environment & capsules:
Our capsules are 100% compostable, certified by TÜV Austria, and produced with renewable energy from solar, wind, hydro, and biogas. Sustainably produced – both for you and the planet.
