Taste profile:

Elegant and soft with hints of red berries, citrus, and chocolate. A well-balanced coffee with fresh acidity and a round body – perfect for espresso but also works well as a lungo or ristretto.

Origin & cultivation:

This coffee comes from Tolima – one of Colombia's most mountainous and hard-to-reach regions where coffee is grown at 1200–2100 meters above sea level. Here, many small-scale farmers work organically and are Fairtrade certified. The cultivation also provides an important alternative for youth in areas where the FARC guerrilla has been present – coffee production is offered as a path to education and security.

Roasting & production:

Roasted with precision in Västerås by Björklunds Coffee Roastery – a craft roastery passionate about flavor, origin, and sustainable production.

Environment & capsules:

The capsules are 100% compostable, made from bioplastics, and produced with renewable energy from solar, wind, water, and biogas. Certified by TÜV Austria. A sustainable choice for both people and the environment.
