The coffee is of the Tabi variety, known for its disease resistance and high cup quality, and is grown in organically nutrient-rich soil at altitudes between 1,700 and 1,775 meters.

The coffee is washed, which gives a clear and clean flavor profile with notes of brown sugar, watermelon, orange, mandarin, grape, and subtle earl grey tea nuances. The balance between sweetness and fruitiness makes this coffee a true delight for hand brewing.

Roasted by Budhas Kafferosteri in their Giesen W15, with an Agtron value of 70.3, which highlights the coffee's natural sweetness and soft body.
