The coffee process

1. Origin & Farm

The coffee is grown on Finca La Loma in Queromarco, Peru, by Don Ausberto and his family. They work on a small scale with a focus on quality, at high altitudes that promote denser, more flavorful beans.

2. Process

Washed process – a method where the beans are fermented and washed thoroughly, giving the coffee a clean and clear flavor profile with vibrant acidity and balance.

3. Roasting & Brewing

Roasted by Budha in a Giesen W15, to a light-medium roast (Agtron 70.3). The coffee is particularly suited for all types of manual filter brewing, such as V60, Kalita or Pour over.
