Story behind the coffee

El Mirador is an expressive and fruity coffee grown by Elkin Ferney Guzman Vargas on his farm in Huila, Colombia.

The Orange Bourbon variety gives the coffee a naturally intense fruitiness and complex sweetness, while the sibling, organically fertilized soil and altitudes between 1,615 and 1,700 meters highlight the coffee's full potential.

The coffee is naturally processed and has a low acidity with flavor notes of brown sugar, orange, chocolate, plum, raisin, and pineapple. It is clean and balanced in the cup, with a light wine-like mouthfeel that adds depth and elegance.

Roasted with precision by Budhas Kafferosteri in a Giesen W15, to an Agtron value of 69.9, which emphasizes the coffee's natural sweetness and vibrant aromas.
