Origin & cultivation:

It is said that the origin of the coffee is right here – in the Sidamo region of southern Ethiopia. A highland area where coffee grows at 1500–2200 meters above sea level, both wild and on small organic farms. The high altitudes give the beans a longer ripening time, which develops a unique flavor profile with high fruit sweetness and elegant acidity.

Roasting & production:

Roasted in small batches by Björklunds Coffee Roastery in Västerås. A Swedish family roastery that is passionate about quality, transparency, and sustainability in every cup.

Environment & capsules:

Our capsules are 100% compostable, certified by TÜV Austria, and produced using renewable energy from solar, wind, and hydropower as well as biogas. Sustainably produced – both for you and for the planet.
