Built-in Modes:

1. Fully Manual Mode: The user manually resets and starts the timer.
2. Espresso Mode with Automatic Reset and Timer: Place the cup on the scale, and the timer and weight reset to zero and the timer starts automatically. Remove the cup after brewing, and the weight is displayed for 5 seconds before resetting to zero.
3. Espresso Mode with Automatic Reset and Manual Timer Start: Place the cup on the scale, time and weight reset to zero. Start the timer manually when you begin brewing.
4. Espresso Mode with Only Automatic Reset: Place the cup on the scale, the weight shows zero. The timer is not active.
5. Espresso Mode with Automatic Reset and Timer that Starts on Contact with Liquid: Place the cup on the scale, the weight shows zero. The timer starts when the liquid touches the cup.
6. Pourover-mode: Place the brewer on the scale, and the scale resets. Place a paper filter and ground coffee, adjust the amount of coffee, and start pouring water to start the timer.
