Brewing Guide

  1. Prepare the Materials: Place your Tiamo V02 Dripper on a cup or carafe and insert a V02 filter paper. Rinse the filter with hot water to remove any paper taste and warm up the dripper and vessel. Empty the water from the vessel.
  2. Measure and Grind Coffee: Measure 20 grams of coffee for a brew of 2 cups. Grind the coffee to a medium-fine consistency, similar to table salt.
  3. Add Coffee and Water: Place the ground coffee in the filter and level the surface. Slowly pour 40 ml of hot water (about 93°C) over the coffee to bloom (pre-soak) it. Wait about 30 seconds.
  4. Pouring Process: After blooming, slowly and circularly pour an additional 300 ml of water over the coffee, in rounds. Pour from the center and work your way outward to ensure even saturation of the coffee.
  5. Wait and Serve: Allow all the water to drip through the coffee, which takes about 2-3 minutes in total. Remove the dripper and serve your freshly brewed coffee.
